EU To Probe Outokumpu's Deal For ThyssenKrupp's Inoxum
The European Union's antitrust unit said Tuesday it is opening an in-depth investigation into Outokumpu Oyj's (OUT1V.HE) proposed purchase of ThyssenKrupp AG (TKA.XE) unit Inoxum, a deal that would create the world's largest maker of stainless steel.
